[Space Storage] About black hole
some of you guys don't know whether 'black hole' really exist or not, I guess that's why you clicked this article.
Black hole had been identified by observation without a doubt.
Then what is the black hole?
It's gravity field that even light cannot escape.
In theory, if something with mass compressed infinitely it become black hole.
for example, if you want to make a black hole with sun, you just have to make the sun into 3Km(about 2miles I guess) ball.
and there comes the problem, we should not overlook about the mechanism of the compression.
To make a huge sun into 3km thing, we can guess there is something that forces sun to shrink.
Considering the sun's gravity is very little for the sun to shrink, but we know that the key to becoming black hole is the gravity of the star itself, and to make gravity bigger the mass has to be bigger.
Then, when is the time the star becoming black hole? keep the fact that bigger mass increases possibility of being black hole.

you can see The Black hole comes from Red supergiant.
Red supergiant explodes(its called supernova) and it became Neutron star or Black hole.
There is a condition for the possibility of Red supergiant become black hole.
The 'Ms' is the mass of the sun, 'M' is the star's mass
category mass output
supernova type2 8Ms<M<25Ms Neutron star
supernova type1b 25Ms<M Black hole
supernova type1c 25Ms<M Black hole
Our sun, you can see above, won't evolve into black hole.
Additionally, the 25Ms star burst out it's most of mass at Super nova, if 25Ms star explodes and only 3Ms of it's mass remained, its quietly important because nobody actually can measure the black hole's mass cause it doesn't blow out lights. So this 3Ms is the mass of black hole a.k.a Oppenheimer Volkoff mass.
